摘  要:以NH4VO3和Bi(NO3)3.5H2O为原料,采用水热合成法制备BiVO4,考察前驱体pH值、水热反应时间、水热反应温度对BiVO4晶相结构及光吸收性能的影响。优化水热法合成BiVO4的制备条件,采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外、紫外-可见吸收光谱、比表面积等表征手段对产品进行分析。结果表明,适当的制备条件可使BiVO4获得理想的单斜晶相,具有良好的光催化性能。With NH4VO3 and Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O as raw materials, BiVO4 was prepared by hydrothermal syn- thesis method. The influences of pH value to the precursor, reaction time and temperature on crystal structure and photocatalytic capability of BiVO4 were investigated. The conditions of preparation were optimized, the structures of sample were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier infrared spectrum, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and specific surface measurement. The results show that the opportune preparation conditions can make BiVO4 to get optimal monoclinic crystal and have good photocatalytic capability.
