摘  要:在太阳能热发电站中,选择Al-12.07%Si作为储能材料,20G钢作为换热管材料,并将20G钢沉浸在Al-12.07%Si中进行长达1080h的腐蚀研究。通过SEM、EDAX、XRD方法分别对腐蚀后试样腐蚀层的形貌、成分和腐蚀试样的物相进行分析。研究结果发现,20G钢的腐蚀层形状不平整规则,试样表面均出现了Fe2Al5和FeAl3相。随着腐蚀时间延长,腐蚀试样的失重和腐蚀层厚度逐渐稳定,试样的腐蚀速率下降。The corrosion of 20G steel as heat exchange tube with Al-12. 07 %Si alloy as energy storge for 1080h in solar thermal power station was studied. The microscopic structure, phase and chemical composition of corroded samples were investigated by SEM, XRD and EDAX, respectively. It was found that the corrosion layer of 20G was not flat, and the corrosion layer was composed mainly of Fe2Al5 phase and FeAl3 phase formed on 20G. With the lengthening of corrosion time, corrosion weight loss and corrosion layer thickness were gradually stabilized, the corrosion rate of 20G decreased.
