摘  要:采用化学沉淀法从化学镀镍废水中回收镍,通过实验优化了NaOH处理含镍废水的工艺参数,并对沉渣镍盐进行了处理。结果表明,化学沉淀法处理化学镀镍废水的最佳工艺参数为:H2O230 mL/L,NaOH 15.67 g/L,絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺4g/L。用硫酸处理沉淀物后镍的回收率可达97.25%。Nickel was recovered from electroless nickel wastewater by means of chemical precipitation.The processing parameters for treatment of nickel containing wastewater with sodium hydroxide were optimized through experiment,and the nickel containing sludge produced by chemical precipitation process was also treated.The results show that the optimal process parameters from such treatment are: H2O2 30 mL/L,NaOH 15.67 g/L,PAM 4 g/L.The recovery rate of nickel after the sediment is treated with sulfuric acid can reach 97.25 %.
