摘 要:从甘肃省兰州市2家奶牛场采集了44份患有临床型乳房炎奶牛的乳样,进行细菌分离鉴定及主要病原菌的药敏试验.结果表明:导致奶牛临床型乳房炎的主要致病菌有葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肠杆菌属,其中金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌共35株,占44.3%;牛链球菌20株,占25.3%;大肠杆菌11株,占13.9%,说明奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌.药效试验表明,这些细菌对乙酰螺旋霉素、新霉素、强力霉素、氟哌酸和阿莫西林等药物均高度敏感,而对青霉素、链霉素和复方磺胺已产生耐药性.Forty-four milk samples of mastitis cow were collected from two commercial dairy farms in Lanzhou City,the main pathogens were isolated and their susceptibility to antibiotics was tested.The results showed that the cow mastitis was mainly caused by Staphylococcus,Streptococcus and E.coli,of which 35 strains of Staphylococci aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis(44.3%),20 trains of Streptococcus bovis(25.3%) and 11 strains of E.coli(13.9%).These pathogens were susceptible to ampicillin,norfloxacin,sepctinomycin,amoxicillin and novobiocin;however,resistance stains against penicillin G,streptomycin and sulfurmethoxazole were found.
