表里换层柞蚕丝床品面料的设计

摘　　要：从室内床品面料要求出发,结合表里换层组织结构,进行纹样、组织工艺等综合设计,探讨表里换层柞蚕丝床品面料产品的设计思路和生产工艺,并采用电子提花机进行织造。实践证明,产品艺术风格及使用效果优良,定位准确,工艺合理。From indoor bedding fabric requirements, combining face-back-changing structure, the pattern and organize process were designed synthetically, and the design idea and production process of face-back-changing tussah bedding fabric was explored. At the same time, electronic jacquard machine was used to weave. The practice has proved that those products have artistic style, using effect is fine, the position is accurate, and the produce process is reasonable.
