亲属活体肾移植供者心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解亲属肾移植供者的心理体验及其对负性心理的应对方式。方法采用现象学研究方法。通过立意、取样和深入访谈,以半结构式访谈提纲访谈10位亲属肾移植供者,将获得的资料运用Colaizzi内容分析法进行整理,分析亲属肾移植供者的真实心理体验。结果亲属活体肾移植供者心理体验存在四方面的主题:(1)感受到来自多方面的压力;(2)对躯体不适感能够应对;(3)体验到家庭和社会支持的重要性;(4)对肾移植手术存在期望,但由于知识缺乏,使期望值降低。结论医护人员应在肾移植手术期间,重视肾移植供者的心理体验,积极帮助肾移植供者应对所存在的心理问题;提高供者的认知水平,减轻负担;形成完整的、有针对性的护理学体系,从而促进其康复和生活质量的提高。Objective To investigate the psychological experience of living-donors for renal translplantation and the coping methods of negative psychology.Methods The phenomenological research methods were adopted in the study.Using purposive sampling method and depth interview,10 living-donors for renal translplantation were surveyed with the semi-structured interview outline.The data were analyzed with Colaizzi content analysis method to decribe the true psychological experience of the living-donors for renal transplantation.Results Four themes of the true psychological experience of the living-donors for renal transplantation were refined as follows：Feel occures from a wide range of pressures;Physical discomfort can be managed;Experience of the importance of family and social support;Expectation exists in the living-donors for renal translplantation and declines due to the lack of knowledge.Conclusion Medical staff should（attach） their concern on the psychological experience of renal donors during transplant surgery,actively help kidney transplant donor respond to the existed psychological problems as well as increase the cognitive（level）,reduce the burden of donors and form a complete and targeted nursing system,thereby promoting their rehabilitation and improving the quality of life.
