家属强化教育对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家属强化教育对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响。方法将60例维持性血液透析患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,透析期间两组患者在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施家属强化教育。干预6个月后评价两组患者自我管理能力、血压、血红蛋白、肾功能及甲状旁腺素水平等方面的差异性。结果干预后观察组患者规律透析、按时自测、合理饮食、遵医嘱服药、内瘘护理正确、体质量控制自我管理能力方面以及血压、血红蛋白、肾功能、钾离子方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对家属实施强化教育,能提高维持性血液透析患者的自我管理能力,有助于使各项指标维持在正常范围内,减少并发症的发生,从而延缓疾病的发展,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of family member＇s strengthening education on the self-management ability in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomized into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.All the patients underwent the routine treatment and health education during hemodialysis.Based on that,the health education was enhanced for the family members of patients in the observation group.After six months＇ intervention,the differences were compared on the self-management skills,blood pressure,hemoglobin,renal function and parathyroid hormone between the two groups.Resutls After the intervetion,significant improvements were observed in the observation group in regular dialysis,time and self-test,proper diet,taking medicine as directed by a physician,right fistula nursing,weight control,self-management ability as well as blood pressure,hemoglobin,renal function and potassium ions in patients（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of strengthened family education can improve the self-management skills of maintenance hemodialysis patients,help to maintain the indicators within the normal range,reduce complications,and thus perpetuate the development of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
