短留置针在滋养细胞肿瘤患者静脉化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨短留置针在滋养细胞肿瘤患者静脉化疗中的应用效果。方法选择100例滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为两组,每组50例,观察组采用短留置针进行静脉穿刺,对照组使用头皮针静脉穿刺。观察两组患者的化疗药物渗漏及静脉炎发生率。结果观察组无一例发生化疗药物渗漏,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉炎的发生率与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用短留置针能够减轻患者反复穿刺的痛苦,有效保护患者的静脉,保证化疗的顺利进行。Objective To study the efficacy of short indwelled needle in trophoblastic tumor patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with trophoblastic tumor were divided randomly into two group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group received veinipuncture with indwelled needle.Then the patients in the control group underwent scalp vein sets.The incidents of extravasation of cytocitic agents and phlebitis were observed in both groups.Results There is no extravasation of cytoxitic agents in the observation group.Significant difference was observed between the two groups（P0.05）.Moreover,significant difference was observed on the incidence of between the two groups（P（0.05）.）Conclusion Short indwelled needle can help nurses to reduce patient＇s suffering due to repeated veinipuncture,protect patient＇s vein and ensure a smooth chemotherapy.
