摘　　要：为了培养大学生终身体育思想、促进健康行为,安徽理工大学计划开设养生保健与营养膳食课程。采用问卷调查反馈、逻辑分析法,结果显示大学生养生保健意识强烈、观念正确,对安排的课程学习态度积极,对本课程的价值及其学习的必要性得到肯定;并找出课程存在的不足之处,为今后顺利开展大学生的健康教育提供依据,为针对性地培养大学生健康的生活方式提供参考。The purpose of offering Chinese traditional health course in Physical Education School of Hunan Normal University is to give students the idea of perfecting their minds and bodies in all theirs lives.Based on investigation and analysis of reaction to the course from the students,the result shows that the students have strong and correct idea of perfecting their minds and bodies.Dialectical method of traditional Chinese medicine enables every student to keep in good health in accordance with their special body characteristics.Students will benefit from this course all theirs lives.
