三明市金融支持农村土地流转的实证研究

摘　　要：土地流转催生了一批规模经营主体,培养了一批新型农民,带动了农村经济的发展。三明市在农村土地流转的金融支持方面存在农村金融机构和农业信贷品种单一等问题。对此应该拓宽贷款渠道,积极创新各类金融产品、完善农村支付结算网络、健全农业保险体系、建立农村信用担保体系并完善农村金融服务体系。Land circulation hastens a block of scale management subject,develops a block of new farmers and promotes rural economics development.There are some problems in the finance support of the rural land circulation in Sanming city,such as lack of financial institutes and single credit products.So it is important to broaden loan canal and create actively many kinds of financial products,improve settlement network and agricultural insurance system in the rural areas,build rural credit guarantee system and improve rural financial services sector.
