高校定向越野运动员赛前训练生理生化指标研究

摘　　要：为寻找和探索高校定向越野运动员赛前训练过程中机能评定指标体系,分别对9名参加湖南省定向越野锦标赛的运动员赛前训练过程中生理生化指标进行检测和分析,可发现在定向越野运动训练过程中,血液中红细胞压积、血红蛋白和红细胞计数的值变化不显著;血清中尿素氮变化趋势是先升后降;血氨发生了显著的变化,出现了先升高后降低的变化趋势;最大摄氧量明显升高。In order to find and explore the index system of functional evaluation in pre-competition training of university orientation athletes,the physiological and biochemical index of nine athletes who attend orientation cross-country tournament of Hunan province is examined and measured in the process of pre-competition training.Results show： in the training process of orientation cross-country sport,the change of HCT、HB and Rbc is not so apparent;the change tendency of BUN in the athletes＇ serum is significantly different.It rises first and decreases later.Ammonia（BA） have taken place in a significant change,there has been increased after the first change in the trend of lowering;the athletes＇ maximal oxygen uptake increases dramatically.
