摘　　要：农村社区建设是时代的要求,农村社区建设是推动农村经济和社会全面发展的重大战略举措,是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。从我国农村社区的建设实践出发,阐述了农村社区的内涵与功能,探讨了农村社区建设的目标,分析全面建设农村社区对构建和谐社会的重要意义。Rural community construction, keeping abreast of the times, is a strategic implementation to promote the rural economics and social development. Referring to the practice of China＇s rural community construction, it elaborates the connotation and functions of rural community, and discusses the constructive goals, affirming the significance of the all-round construction of rural communities to the harmonious society.
