不同类型猪饲粮中粗蛋白质氨基酸利用率的研究

摘　　要：选用长白阉公猪8头,分别在回肠末端、回肠末端盲肠处安装“T”型瘘管和“桥”式瘘管。对4种不同日根2种饲料中粗蛋白质、氨基酸利用率进行了研究。结果表明:1.简单、方便的“T”型瘘管法所测常规日粮、鱼粉日粮及鱼粉中粗蛋白质、氨基酸消化率结果偏低;所测饼类日粮、饼类添加赖氨酸日粮中粗蛋白质、氨基酸消化率结果偏高。“桥”法所测结果较为可靠。2.饼类饲料添加赖氨酸后既可提高粗蛋白质、赖氨酸的利用率,又可提高其它氨基酸的利用率。Eight Landrace hogs, fitted separately with the T-cannulae and ileocaecal-re-entrant cannulae in the end of ileum and caecal, were selected in order to investigate the availabilities of crude protein and amino acids in four kinds of diets and two of the fesdstuffs. The result shows : 1. The digestibilities of crude protein and amino acids in normal diet, fish meal diet and fish meal determinated with the T-cannulae method were rather low, On the contrary, the digestibilities in the diets of oilseed meal and the meal with L-lysine added were high. The method of using the ileocaecal-re-entrant cannulae technique is relatively reliable for the determination of the digestibilities of amino acids in pig's feedstuffs. 2. When in the oilseed meal diets L-lysine is added, both the availabilities of crude protein, lysine and other essential amino acids increase.
