提切眉术与重睑术及睑袋整复术联合矫治中老年人眼周衰老现象的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨运用提切眉术、重睑术、睑袋整复术联合矫治中老年人眼周衰老现象的作用。方法通过眉上、眉下切口以及全眉切除去除部分眉部皮肤，联合切开法重睑术、外路法睑袋整复术矫治78例中老年人眼周的衰老现象。结果78例均行切开重睑去皮术和睑袋整复术，提切眉术中眉上切口型32例，眉下切口型30例，全眉切除型16例。术后随访5～56个月，平均随访45个月。1例（1．28％）术后下睑睑球分离，轻度外翻，3个月后自行恢复；1例（1．28％）上睑仍有轻度松弛，5个月后再次手术矫正，术后效果满意；其余76例（97．44％）效果均理想，眉形优美，上睑皮肤松弛矫正，鱼尾纹明显改善，额部皱纹有所缓解，受术者满意。结论提切眉术、重睑术及睑袋整复术联合用于矫治中老年人眼周衰老现象具有损伤小、恢复快、效果较好、容易接受等优点。Objective To study the application of combination techniques of eyebrow raise-cut, double eyelid surgery and eye-bag plasty in correcting the middle-old aged population decrepitude phenomenon around eyes. Methods Decrepitude phenomenon around eyes were treated by removal of some skin above or below the eyebrow or removal of whole eyebrow skin, in conjunction with incision double eyelid surgery and eyelid bags extra-resection method. Results All 78 cases underwent eyelid duplication cutting and eye-bag remending. Thirty-two cases un- derwent upper eyebrow cutting, 30 cases had lower eyebrow cutting and 16 cases had whole eyebrow cutting. Follow- ups were 5 to 56 months, with an average of 44.6 months. One patient（ 1.28% ） had separation of the lower eyelid, mild valgus and self-healing after 3months. One patient（ 1.28% ） slightly loose upper eyelid and had surgical correction after 5 months. Seventy-six cases（97.44% ） were good. Conclusion This method used in correcting middle-old aged population decrepitude phenomenon around eyes has merits of slight damage, easy restoration, remarkable effect and easy acceptance.
