摘　　要：针对塑料门窗在制作、运输、安装及使用过程中常见的焊角开裂毛病进行了探讨，归纳了焊角开裂的一般规律，分析了焊角开裂的基本表现形式与原因，并从质量、焊接工艺、安装过程三方面入手提出了防治措施，以指导实践。The paper explores the common diseases of the welded angles cracks in the manufacturing, the transportation, the installation and the use process of the plastic windows and doors, sums up the general rides for the welded angles cracks, analyzes the basic manifestation forms and reasons for the welded angles cracks, and points out the prevention measures from the quality, the welding craft and the installation process, so as to direct the practice.
