摘　　要：结合自身工作经验提出了建设施工企业在新的施工项目开工前应按过程方法对质量管理体系进行策划,识别、确定质量管理体系过程,根据策划结果组织编制本项目的质量计划。同时提出编制项目质量计划时的几点个人看法,以指导实践。Combining with self working experience, the thesis holds that construction enterprises should plan, identify and determine quality management system before the construction with process approach, and should compile project quality plan according to planning results. Meanwhile, it proposes several views on the compilation of project quality plan, so as to guide practice.
