聊城市疾控机构实验室资源配置与检验能力评价

摘　　要：目的了解聊城市市县两级疾控机构实验室仪器设备配制情况与检验能力。方法对聊城市及8个县市区疾控机构进行问卷调查,对设备投入、人力资源情况、基础设施建设、实验室设备配置、开展检验项目等情况进行分析。结果 2010年全市疾控机构共有工作人员939人,其中检验技术人员占12.24%。市、县级A类仪器设备达标率为59.65%、51.28%;B类仪器设备达标率8.33%、8.33%;C类仪器设备达标率分别为17.24%、13.33%。市级疾控机构的A、B类检验项目开展率分别为49.12%、23.31%;县级疾控机构A、B类检验项目平均开展率分别为49.15%、18.03%。结论 2010年市县两级级疾控机构设备投入较2009年有一定提高,但均未达到国家要求的配置标准,基础设备的数量不足。两级疾控机构专业技术人员相对不足,且项目开展率均未达到国家标准要求。Objective To find out the status of lab equipment allocation and test capacity in CDCs in Liaocheng, Methods A census questionnaire was used ＇in this study to investigate the situation of equipment investment, human resources, infrastructure construction, laboratory equipment allocation and inspection capacity, in both county CDCs and Liaocheng CDC. Results The quantity of the inspection personnel accounted for only 12.24% of the total personnel which is 939 in CDCs of Liaocheng in 2010. The allocation rates of class A, B and C instruments were 59.65% , 8. 33%, 17.24% in city CDC respectively, and that were 51.28%, 8.33% , 13.33% in county CDCs respectively. The rates of group A and group B test items that carried out in city CDC were 49.12% and 23.31% in city CDC respectively, and that in county CDCs were 49. 15% and 18.03% respectively. Conclusion In both city CDC and county CDC, the equipment investment were increased in 2010 but still inadequate. The quantity of the inspection personnel was insufficient. And the rates of test items that carried out could not meet the national standard.
