摘　　要：目的探讨低血糖昏迷的病因、临床特点与防治要领,以提高糖尿病患者药物性低血糖的急诊治愈率。方法回顾性调查、分析收治的37例低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料。结果 35例患者治愈成功,2例引起并发症死亡。结论低血糖症要注意降糖药物或胰岛素的控制使用,防止并发症,强化预防措施。Objective To explore the causes of diabetes hypoglycemia patients low blood sugar coma, clinical features, prevention to improve the cure rate. Methods Retrospective surveymethodology, analysising the clinical data of low blood sugar coma of the 37 cases patients. Results 35 cases patients cure successfully, and 2 cases died of complications. Conclusion Hypoglycemia coma needs pay attention to falls the sugar medicine or the insulin control use, to strengthen preventive measures.
