摘 要:用静态急性毒性试验的方法,研究24h、48h和96h内重金属离子Cd2+、Cu2+对文蛤的毒性影响。结果表明:Cd2+对文蛤的24h、48h、96hLC50和安全浓度分别为197.35mg/L、40.47mg/L、13.18mg/L和0.13mg/L;Cu2+的24h、48h、96hLC50和安全浓度分别为1.66mg/L、0.46mg/L、0.12mg/L和0.0012mg/L,Cu2+对文蛤的毒性远大于Cd2+。此外初步探讨了Cd2+、Cu2+对文蛤的急性毒性效应和致毒机理,二者差别显著。The toxic effects of heavy metal ions Cd2+,and Cu2+ on meretrix Linnaeus in 24h,48h,and 96h were investigated by the way of the static acute toxicity.The results indicated that the 24h,48h,and 96h median lethal concentration(LC50) and the safe concentrations of Cd2+ to M.meretrix were 197.35 mg/L,40.47 mg/L,13.18 mg/L,and 0.13 mg/L,respectively,whereas for Cu2+ was 1.66mg/L,0.46 mg/L,0.12 mg/L,and 0.0012mg/L,respectively.The toxicity of Cu2+ on M.meretrix was much stronger than that of Cd2+.In addition,the acute toxicological effects and toxigenicity mechanisms of Cd2+,and Cu2+ on M.meretrix,which were found different,was discussed preliminarily.
