摘　　要：基于对国内城市设计实践的现状实效认知,以"过程融合"为切入点,提出转变城市设计服务模式的设想,并结合北川新县城城市设计工作实践,从技术服务与组织建构的双重视角以及宏观、中观、微观的不同操作层面加以剖析。Based on the effectiveness status of domestic urban design practices,the paper argues that the service model of urban design should be changed to paying more attentions on the process of the implementation.Then it analyzes the design practice of Beichuan New Town from the macro,medium and micro operation levels and from both technological service and organizational structure angles.
