摘　　要：玉树灾后重建统规自建区建设具有艰巨性、复杂性等特性,德宁格统规自建区规划设计通过"1655"工作模式的探索和实践,在公众参与规划方面提出了具有创新性的工作程序和操作方法,为统规自建区建设提供了可供借鉴的经验。During the post-disaster reconstruction of Yushu, there exist the great difficulty and complexity. Through the exploration on and practice of the ＂1655＂ mode in Deningge, one of the unified-planned and self-constructed areas in Yushu, planners put forward some innovative work procedures and operation methods to promote the public participation in the planning, which, provides valuable experience for the future construction in such areas.
