摘　　要：面对经济社会全面转型以及港深莞惠都市圈发展要求,为适应城市空间结构与人口结构改变引致的交通需求变化,提出以建设"枢纽城市"和"公交都市"为核心思路,优化调整深圳城市交通发展战略,制定近期重大行动规划和协同实施计划,应对新时期交通发展建设要求。Aiming at the requirements of the socio-economic transformation and the development of Hongkong-Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou（HSDH） Metropolitan Region,and addressing the changes in transport demand caused by urban spatial structure and demographic changes,this paper puts forward the core concepts of building a ＂transport hubmetropolis＂ and ＂transit metropolis＂,so as to optimize the urban transport development strategy of Shenzhen,to formulate the short-term major action plansand the coordinated implementation plans,and to meet the needs of transport development in the era.
