创新网络中科技人才聚集效应的测度及产生机理

摘　　要：创新网络中科技人才聚集效应的测度及产生机理的研究,有助于科技人才聚集效应的发挥、创新网络的组建及创新能力的提升。在对创新网络中科技人才聚集效应内涵分析的基础上,对其测度进行了探讨,进而研究了其产生的机理。研究认为:创新网络中的知识存量与技能的净增量是科技人才聚集效应的具体体现,它受创新网络中的知识溢出效应、学习效应、激励效应、创新挤出效应、冲突等的影响;而创新网络资源的协同是资源整合的基础,知识创造是资源整合的效果。Research on the measurement and formation mechanism of the scientific talent accumulation effect is helpful to the exertion of scientific talent accumulation effects and establishment of innovation network,and promotion of creative ability.Based on the analysis of the meaning of scientific talent accumulation effects,the paper discusses the measurement of the effect of scientific talent accumulation,and analyzes formation mechanism of the effect of scientific talent accumulation.The net increase of knowledge deposit and technology is affected by knowledge spillover,learning effects,incentives effects,innovation extrusion effects,collision etc.The paper thinks it is the embodiment of the effect of scientific talent accumulation,and the cooperation of network resource is the basis of resource conformity,knowledge creation is effect of resource conformity.
