摘　　要：针对含银纤维弹性针织物,研究了其前处理工艺、染色工艺以及还原清洗工艺这三大流程中的影响因素,并通过实际生产,探索出了一套切实可行的含银纤维弹性针织物的染整工艺,即前处理工艺、还原清洗工艺均采用酸性条件;定形温度应适中,预定形选用180℃,成品定形采用130℃干定等措施可保证银纤维的特性。This paper studies the factors that influence the pretreatment,dyeing technology and reduction clearing of silver-contained fiber knitted elastic fabric,and develops a set of feasible dyeing and finishing technology in order to keep the properties of silver-contained fiber,i.e.,the pretreatment and reduction clearing should be made under acidic condition,appropriate setting temperature should be employed,the presetting temperature should be 180 ℃,and the final dry setting temperature should be 130 ℃.
