大连沿海野生鼠尾藻种群生态调查

摘　　要：2009年7月至2010年7月对大连沿海4个采样点潮间带野生鼠尾藻种群的生长发育情况进行了生态学调查。结果显示,鼠尾藻种质资源的生态分布受海域地貌特征、自然环境条件、人为干扰等多方面因素的影响。藻体长度和质量增长受海水表面温度的影响最为显著,与盐度的季节变化无相关性。7—10月各种群生物量和长度达到最高值,5—7月出现气囊,6—7月出现侧枝,6—9月有生殖托生长。大长山种群依靠有性生殖和假根生殖相结合的方式来维持种群的遗传多样性及稳定状态,而其他3个种群的繁殖方式由假根繁殖占据主导地位。Ecological investigation of the growth and development of wild seaweed Sargassum thunbergii populations was carried out at intertidal zone in four coastal area of Dalian from July 2009 to July 2010.The results showed that the ecological distribution of S.thunbergii germplasm resources was influenced by geomorphic features of the coastal areas,natural conditions,human disturbance and other multiple factors.The increase in length and biomass were significant influenced by the surface temperature of seawater,which were free from the impact of the change of salinity.Each population reached the maxmal biomass and length from July to October,pneumathode emerged from May to July,lateral branch formed from June to July and receptacle appeared from June to September.Dachangshan population depended on the combination of sexual reproduction and rhizoid reproduction to maintain its genetic diversity and stable state.However,the reproductive modes of other three populations were dominated by rhizoid reproduction.
