摘　　要：文中设计的定量装车控制仪,可实现对液体、气体等进行全自动、高精度定量装车,广泛应用于石化、油库、罐装码头等行业。控制仪可根据远程或本地配置的装车任务,就地完成装车作业的采集、计算、处理和控制等功能。借助RS-485网络,将本地装车的实时信息,向上位机传送,形成典型的"装车控制分散-装车管理集中"系统。ARM7完成流量计算、温度补偿、PC通信、数据处理等功能,PLC完成采集、控制装车现场各种传感器、阀门等功能。两种控制器的有机结合,保证了系统的稳定性与可靠性,具有广阔的推广前景。This paper desighed the quota instrument for loading it can automatically load liquid or gas with high precision,which can be widely used in petrol-chemical plant,oil depot,petrol wharf and other industries.According to load task set from PC or panel,the instrument can automatically complete data acquisition,calculation,control and other functions during loading.With the help of RS485 network,real-time information during loading can be transmitted to PC,from which distributive control system can be formed.ARM7 controller is responsible for calculating flow,temperature compensating,communicating with PC,dealing with data and other functions.PLC is responsible for testing sensors,control values and other functions.Organic combination of ARM7 and PLC can ensure the reliability and stability of the instrument,which illustrates a good prospect of application and extension.
