摘　　要：针对某型设备外部接口手工测试时速度慢、准确性差等问题,基于PXI总线设计了一套高灵活性的自动测试系统。对被测设备外部接口的测试需求进行了分析;基于扩展性良好的PXI总线对测试系统的硬件结构进行了总体设计;系统按照模块化、标准化、规范化思想对其软件进行设计和实现。该系统已经成功得到应用,实践表明:系统能够满足该设备的测试需求,具有良好的扩展性。Aiming at the problems of handcraft testing speed and veracity to some type device＇s interfaces,this paper designed an easily expansible testing system based on PXI.First,analyzed the requirement of some type device＇s interfaces.Second,designed the hardware structure based on PXI,which is easily extended.Third,designed and implemented the software according to modularization,standardization.The system has been put into practice.It is indicated that the system could satisfy the requirement of some type device＇s interfaces testing,and it could be easily extended.
