低碳经济模式下区域工业结构优化升级方向探析

摘　　要：低碳经济发展模式将成为世界经济发展的新特点,未来全球产业发展模式也将步入这一新的框架。实施低碳经济发展模式与区域工业结构优化升级二者是相辅相承、辩证统一的,前者是方向,后者是动力。低碳经济模式下区域工业结构必然向资源节约型、环境友好型、低碳节能型以及高附加值、高加工度、高技术化的方向优化升级,进而实现经济发展方式向低碳经济发展模式转变。The development mode of low carbon economy will become the new feature of the development of the world economy, and the future of global industrial development mode will also step into this new framework. Implementation of the low carbon economy development pattern and the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure are in a dialectical unity and complement to each other, the former is a direction and the latter is the driving force. Under the low carbon economy mode, the regional industrial structure is bound to optimize and upgrade in the direction of resource- saving, environment friendly, low carbon energy efficient, high value - added, high degree of processing and high technology, so as to realize the economic development mode shift to the low carbon economy development mode.
