摘　　要：文章从古籍工作的协调发展、古籍工作的可持续发展、用科学发展观指导古籍工作的发展等方面,论述古籍工作要认真贯彻落实科学发展观,结合古籍工作实际,坚持以人为本,自觉运用科学发展观指导和促进古籍工作全面、协调、可持续发展。From the aspects of the harmonious development , the sustainable development of the ancient work, with the seientific development view to guide the development of ancient work, this article states it should conscientiously implement the scientific development view, combined with the actual work, to ad- here to the people -oriented, to understand the spirit deeply, and use the scientific development view to guide and promote t the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the work. Also its development needs urgently to establish the scientific development view, which is very important strategic sig- nificance.
