摘  要:随着我国磷复肥行业突飞猛进的发展,用二水物工艺生产湿法磷酸的磷酸浓缩装置也有了同步发展。从其不同的发展阶段,介绍了我国磷酸浓缩装置的工艺流程、装置特点、主要设备及其技术参数,认为国内磷酸浓缩装置结合我国磷矿质量采用两段浓缩、提高一段蒸发强度、提高氟吸收塔气速等方面实现了技术进步,其技术水平和设备制造水平已经和国际水平基本同步。With unprecedented growth in China's compound phosphate fertilizer industry, progress is also made in the phosphoric acid concentrationplant using dihydrate process to produce wet-process phosphoric acid. For various development stages, the process flow, plant features, major equipmentand their technical parameters of the phosphoric acid plants in China are outlined. And it is concluded that technological progress is made in the use oftwo-stage concentration, enhanced first stage evaporation intensity, and increased gas velocity in the fluorine absorber in the phosphoric acid concentrationplant of China, by taking into consideration of the quality of phosphorite in China, and its technical level and equipment manufacturing level are basicallythe same as international level.
