摘　　要：通过对成型炉料的特性及其制磷反应机理的分析,论证了用成型炉料制磷的可行性,提出了在成型炉料制备中对炉料黏合剂、湿度和压力等参数的选择,并认为这是保证成型炉料质量和取得最佳效果的关键。Through analysis of features of formed furnace charge and its reaction mechanism for phosphorus production, the feasibility of producing phos-phorus with formed furnace charge is discussed, selection of adhesive, humidity, pressure and other parameters when preparing formed furnace charge areproposed, and it is concluded that this is the key to ensure quality of the formed furnace charge, and to realize the best effect.
