基于学习型组织理论的核电站核安全文化建设探讨

摘　　要：文章以学习型组织理论为指导,以核安全文化建设为目标,系统阐述了学习型组织理论与核安全文化建设的内在联系,重点提出了核电站核安全文化建设的有效途径,为今后加强和改进核电站核安全文化建设提供了切实可行的方法。Under the guidance of learning organization theory and the goal of nuclear safety culture construction, this paper systematically discuss internal relations between learning organization theory and nuclear safety culture construction, and then presents several important ways of nuclear safety culture construction. It provides some feasible means for strengthening and improving nuclear safety culture in nuclear power station in the future.
