摘　　要：民主党派市级组织积极参政议政,在服务地方经济社会发展方面做出了可喜的成绩,但也存在一些不足,如重参政议政轻民主监督、参政议政实效性欠佳。为促进民主党派市级组织更好地服务地方经济社会发展,应该从两方面做出努力:一是民主党派市级组织要不断加强自身建设;二是中共党委与政府部门应多途径、多方式支持民主党派履行参政党职能。Democratic parties municipal organizations （DPMO） actively participate in deliberating and administration of state affairs and have made gratifying achievements in the service of the local economic and social development, but there are also some shorta- ges, such as heavy participating politics？, light democratic supervision and poor effectiveness of participating politics. In order to promote DPMO better service to the local economic and social development, two efforts should be made： one is DPMO constantly strengthening themselves, the other？ is CCP committee and government departments supporting the democratic parties to perform functions of participating politics from many ways.
