脑电超慢涨落图分析30例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者脑内神经递质的变化

摘　　要：目的分析Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者脑内神经递质的变化。方法选择2010年1月至2011年2月该院泌尿外科门诊Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者30例,有骨盆区疼痛或不适,排尿异常,病程3月以上为前列腺炎组;同期体检人群中随机选择30例,无前列腺炎相关的骨盆区疼痛或不适、排尿异常为对照组。采用脑电超慢涨落图(ET)分析脑内神经递质相关指标的差异。结果治疗组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)较对照组明显偏低(P<0.05),经心理及药物治疗后上述3种神经递质均升高(P<0.05)。结论Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者脑内神经递质变化具有抑郁症和心理障碍的特征,心理和药理治疗时对患者的精神心理障碍有确切疗效。Objective To investigate the change of brain neurotransmitter in type Ⅲ prostatitis patients.Methods Control group and prostatitis group had 30 cases respectively.Prostatitis group received psychological and medicine treatment.Some brain neurotransmitter-related data were analyzed by encephalofluography technology（ET）.Results hydroxytryptamme（5-HT）,norepinephrine（NE） and dopamine（DA） were significantly lower in prostatitis group than those in control group,but they increased after psycholgical and medicine treatment.Conclusion The change of brain neurotransmitter in type Ⅲ prostatitis patients have characteristic of depression and sexual dysfunction.Psychological and medicine treatment have prositive effects to mental and psychological disorder of prostatitis patients.
