中美高校教育基金会运行机制比较及思考

摘　　要：中美两国高校教育基金会在资金募集机制、管理机制、反馈机制、评估机制以及政策保障机制等方面存在诸多不同;完善我国高校教育基金会机制建设,要借鉴美国高校的成功经验,充分发挥基金会在募集和运作基金等方面的功能,从而达到弥补高校办学经费的不足,推动我国高等教育事业健康发展的目的。There are many differences between Chinese and American colleges and universities＇ education foundations, such as fund-raising mechanism, management mechanism, feedback mechanism, assess- ment mechanism and policy guarantee mechanism. To improve the mechanism of Chinese colleges and universities＇ education foundations, we should learn from the successful experience of American colleges and universities and make full use of the functions of foundations in fund-raising and fund operation so as to compensate the lack of sponsoring fund and help the higher education develop healthily.
