健康教育在经皮肾穿刺活检术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价系统的健康教育在经皮肾穿刺活检术(简称肾穿刺)病人的应用效果。方法将56例行肾穿术病人随机分为对照组28例,观察组28例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加系统的健康教育。结果观察组病人术前、术后焦虑值明显低于对照组,术后舒适度高于对照组。结论系统的健康教育能有效地减轻患者不良情绪,提高肾穿术后患者舒适度。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the patients who received systematic health education before and after percutaneous renal needle biopsy. Methods 56 patients accepting percutaneous renal needle biopsy were randomly divided into test group and control group,28 cases of each.The test group received extra systematic health education while the control group only received routine nursing care. Results The anxiety value of the patients in the test group was much lower than the control group before and after the operation,and the postoperative comfort degree was higher. Conclusion Systematic health education can release the patients＇ harmful feeling effectively and enhance the postoperative comfort degree.
