摘　　要：本文以广西北部苗族村寨构建和谐社会为例,分析其治理的核心构成与政治参与性以及基层政治生活的关系,为探讨我国少数民族地区传统社会组织与村政组织在社会主义新农村建设中如何共同构建和谐社会提供一个新的思路。This paper takes Miao＇ s village building harmonious seiety of as an example in the northern Guangxi. Through analyzes the composition of the Miao＇ s elite and their political participation with the political life, to explore the traditional Social Organization and CunZheng Organization of minority areas with the harmonious model of the new rural construction and provide a new train of thought of building a harmonious society in the national minority region.
