摘 要:海洋浮游植物是水体环境中重要的初级生产者,其光合能力与浮游植物生产力密切相关,而这些均能在叶绿素荧光动力学上得以体现。利用调制叶绿素荧光仪(Water-PAM)对实验室培养的10种极地微藻的叶绿素荧光参数(F_v/F_o,F_v/F_m,NPQ)和快速光曲线拟合参数(P_m、α和I_k)进行测量和分析。结果表明:除CCMP2084外,其余9种微藻均处于正常生长状态。PSⅡ潜在活性值(F_v/F_o)大于1.0的藻共有8种,大小顺序分别为CCMP1056>CCMP1204>CCMP165>CCMP2095>CCMP1309>CCMP445>CCMP213>CCMP2087。其中短孢角毛藻CCMP165、四棘藻CCMP213和海链藻CCMP1056三种藻的光保护能力较强(NPQ值分别大于2.0)。这三种藻对光照的耐受能力强弱顺序为CCMP213>CCMP1056>CCMP165(比较三种藻的I_k值)。因此,四棘藻CCMP213和海链藻CCMP1056比短孢角毛藻CCMP165更适合在较强的光照强度下培养。Marine phytoplankton are important primary producers in the aquatic environment, and their productivity is related to their photosynthetic capacity. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm, φPSII and NPQ) , as well as the rapid light curves containing photosynthetic efficiency (α) , maximal electron transport rate (Pm) and minimum saturating ilTadiance (Ik) of ten kinds of polar microalgae strains were measured, respectively, by Water- PAM. Nine strains were in a healthy physiological state, but CCMP2084 was not. The Fv/Fo of eight strains, whose values were higher than 1.0, showed activity sequence of PSII as CCMP1056 〉 CCMP1204 〉 CCMP165 〉 CCMP2095 〉 CCMP1309 〉 CCMP445 〉 CCMP213 〉 CCMP2087. In addition, the three strains Chaetoceros brevis CCMP165, Attheya sp. CCMP213 and Thalassiosira sp. CCMP1056 exhibited stronger photoprotection with the NPQ value higher than 2.0. Compared by Ik value, the sequence of light tolerance was CCMP213 〉 CCMP1056 〉 CCMP165. The strains of Attheya sp. CCMP213 and Thalassiosira sp. CCMP1056 showed better adaptation to high irradiance than Chaetoceros brevis CCMP165.
