胶体金免疫层析法检测cTnI对AMI的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价胶体金免疫层析法检测心肌标志物血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在诊断急性心肌梗死的效能。方法采用双盲、自身对照的试验设计方法,将40例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者与100例非心肌梗死患者使用科卫公司研制生产的cTnI诊断试剂盒和艾康公司生产的试剂盒分别对血液样本进行比较测定cTnI,观察阳性率。结果 cTnI水平试验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验试剂cTnI相对敏感度为97.4%,特异性为98.0%。结论应用胶体金免疫层析法检测cTnI适于AMI的辅助诊断。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of colloidal gold immunoehromatography assay for detecting serum cardiac markers-troponin I （cTnI） for acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods A double-blind,controlled trial design was adopted in the study. The levels of cTnI in 40 patients with AMI and 100 patients without AMI were detected, and the diagnostic reagent kits were produced by Kewei company and ACON company respectively, and the detection positive rates were＂ observed. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of cTnI between trial group and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The relative sensitivity of experimental reagents to cTnl was 97.4%, and specificity was 98.0% in trial group. Conclusion The colloidal gold immunochromatography assay for cTnI is suitable for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
