摘　　要：目的观察心房肽Ⅲ对离体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后心律失常的影响。方法离体心脏停灌30min,造成全心缺血,复灌60min。设立6个组:正常对照组、缺血再灌注模型对照组、阳性对照组、APⅢ高剂量组、APⅢ中剂量组、APⅢ低剂量组。连续监测心电图,观察心律失常情况。结果与缺血再灌注模型对照组比较,APⅢ可减少再灌注心律失常,并有剂量依赖性,APⅢ高剂量组作用与阳性对照组相当,APⅢ中、低剂量组作用不及阳性对照组。结论 APⅢ可以减少再灌注心律失常,对离体心脏I/R损伤具有保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of AP Ⅲ on arrhythmia after ischemia-reperfusion （I/R）. Methods The isolated rat heart was submitted to 30 min of non-perfusion which resulted in global ischemia,then 60 min of reperfusion. The 6 groups were set up including high,middle,low dose of APⅢ （ 1 × 10^-7mol/L,3 × 10^-8mol/L and 1 × 10^-8 mol/L ） groups, normal control group, ischemia-reperfusion model control group and positive control group. The electrocardiogram （ECG） was used to observe arrhythmia continuously, and the coronary flow capacity was detected at scheduled time points. Results As compared with ischemia-reperfusion model control group, APⅢ could reduce the incidence of arrhythmia due to I/R, which was dose dependent. The effects in high-dose group were similar to those of positive control group, however, which in middle - dose group and low dose group were inferior to thse of positive control group. Conclusion AP Ⅲ can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia caused by I/R,which has protective effect on the isolated heart od rats damaged by I/R.
