摘　　要：旧城改造是城建工作的难点,是一项复杂的社会系统工程。本文总结了旧城改造应解决的问题,在些基础上提出了旧城改造中可行的安置空间模式,综合考量各方利益,通过合理的空间规划缓解各方矛盾,可促进社会和谐发展。The old town rebuilding is a difficult point of the urban construction,and a complicated social system engineering.Basing on the experience of rebuilding the old town,some problems that must be solved in the old town rebuilding were summarized.Thinking over various sides＇ interests,the feasible settlement space pattern of rebuilding the old town was proposed,which would develop a harmoniously society through reasonable space plan.
