摘  要:使用Lumex测汞仪,测定了贵州六枝煤矿不同风化年限的煤矸石风化土壤及农作物中总Hg含量,并对此矿区煤矸石风化土壤-农作物系统中汞的分布规律进行了研究。结果表明,煤矸石及受煤矸石淋滤液影响的土壤样中汞含量范围在0.045-0.474 mg.kg-1之间;煤矸石汞含量随着风化年限的延长逐渐降低,风化时间较短的煤矸石及受淋滤液影响的土壤样中汞含量均明显高于对照点土壤汞含量,并发现煤矸石中有机质和总汞含量之间存在显著的相关关系(r=0.43,p<0.05).农作物中总汞含量在0.03-28.589μg.kg-1(湿重)之间,部分叶汞含量超过了国家食品标准的汞含量限值,并且大部分植物各部位的汞含量分布规律均为叶>根>茎。Using Lumex analytical equipment to measure total mercury in coal mine spoils and crops in Liuzhi of Guizhou Province,and mercury distribution of Hg in the soils-crops system from weathered coal mine spoils were studied and discussed in detail.The result shows that total mercury concentrations in the coal mine spoils and soils which is influenced by coal gangue leachate changed from 0.045 to 0.474 mg·kg-1,and total mercury concentrations in the coal mine spoils with a short weathering time were higher than those in control sites.Mercury concentrations in coal mine spoils decreased with the extension of weathering time and correlated positively with the organic matter content(r=0.43,P0.05).The total Hg concentrations in the crops changed from 0.03 to 28.589 μg·kg-1(wet weight).The distributions of total Hg concentrations in the each parts of most crops showed leafrootstem.
