人口行业结构变动与工伤保险需求研究综述

摘　　要：在我国当前工伤保险制度设计和人口行业结构变动背景下,人口行业结构变动已成为影响我国工伤保险需求的重要因素。从人口行业结构变动、工伤保险需求、人口行业结构变动与工伤保险需求的关系三方面对国内外文献进行了梳理,研究发现,现有文献大多关注于制度内的工伤保险基金支出,并在研究工伤保险问题时把人口行业结构考虑了进来,但是,对动态的人口行业结构变动带来的工伤保险需求变化仍停留在定性研究层面,尚未能提供定量的、可操作的借鉴。Under the background of migration movement across the different industry structure,the change of population in in- dustry structure is a key factor which affects the injury insurance demand. This article comments on the Change of Population in Industry Structure,the Injury Insurance Demand,and the relationship between them. On the basis of that,the researchers found that most of the existing literature focused on injury insurance fund expenditures, and it has deliberated the change of population in industry structure, but most of them are qualitative analysis, quantitative and operable literatures are fewer.
