新生代农民工心理问题与求助行为研究

摘　　要：新生代农民工作为城市建设和经济发展的重要力量,其心理健康直接关系到社会和谐与稳定。本文以新生代农民工的心理问题与求助行为为研究视角,通过描述分析发现,新生代农民工心理问题频繁且很少主动求助。基于这一现象,本文进一步采用回归分析考察其心理问题和求助行为的影响因素,并对其进行分性别检验。研究发现,年龄、健康、工作时间、企业管理水平、社会排斥等变量影响显著,且其中一些因素存在性别差异。基于研究结论,本文提出旨在缓解新生代农民工心理问题的若干思考。The young migrant labors are important workforce for the urban development and economic development and their mental health is directly related to social harmony and stability. In this paper, we study from the perspective of the psychological problems and help-seeking behavior of young migrant labors. Based on this phenomenon, this paper uses regression analysis to examine the factors of psychological factors and Help Seeking, and make a gender test. We find that Age,health,working hours,business man- agement,social exclusion and other variables affect significantly,and some of which exist the gender differences. Based on the analysis,this paper presents a number of reflections to alleviate the psychological problems of the young migrant labors.
