医学大学生创新实验的现状与管理策略

摘　　要：大学生创新实验计划的实施呈现出了学生认知数量偏低、参与比例较小、实验成果较少以及经费投入不足的现状,教学管理部门应在大学生中加强宣传力度、增强学生的实验创新意识、提高学生创新实验的能力、加强创新性实验教师的培养、改革实验教学体系、健全管理和运行机制,以提高学生的操作能力和科研水平。the implementation of the innovative experiment plan of college students turns out to be the current situation of low numerical cognition,small ratio,little experiment results,and the shortage of investment.The department of teaching management should step up publicity efforts,raise the experimental innovative awareness of college students,improve the innovative ability,and strengthen the training to innovative experiment teachers,reform experimental teaching system and improve the management and operation mechanism,so as to promote the ability of operation and scientific research.
