摘　　要：目的:基于不同地区及人口学特征,对汶川地震重灾区医务工作者职业倦怠现状进行分析。方法:采用统计描述、T检验和方差分析。结果:受灾程度严重、经济水平及交通通达性高的灾区是职业倦怠高发地;处在"事业爬坡期"者是职业倦怠高危人群;医技人员和行政后勤管理人员的职业倦怠应引起重视。建议:干预措施要因地、因人而异,高危地人群和"事业爬坡期"人群是重点干预对象;关注医技和行政后勤管理人员的职业倦怠问题。Objective： to analyze the status of job burnout of medical workers in Wenchuan quake -hit area based on different regions and demographic characteristics. Methods： statistical description, T test and variance analysis method. Results： the regions with great damage, high economic level and convenient traffic is of high occurrence; those medical workers who are in ＂the course of climbing＂ are at high risk of burnout ; burnout of the medical technicians and administrative staff should be paid attention to. Suggestions ： interventions vary from different regions and people ; high - risk regions and groups should be more focused on ; full attention should be paid to burnout of medical technicians and administrative staff.
