药材不同粉碎度对安神胶囊人工胃液中主要成分溶出量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药材不同粉碎程度对安神胶囊在人工胃液中溶出量的影响。方法以不同粉碎度的中药材药粉制备样品,以五味子醇甲含量为测定指标,以桨法测定药物在人工胃液内45 min的溶出量。结果不同粉碎度中药材制得的安神胶囊中五味子醇甲在人工胃液内溶出量没有显著差异。结论在制剂过程中,安神胶囊中药材粉碎无需过细,以50～100目为宜。Objective To study the effect of different crushing degrees on the dissolution capacity by determining the dissolution capacity of Anshen Capsules prepared by the Chinese medicinal materials with different crushing degrees in the artificial gastric juice with schizandrol A as the indicator.Methods The medicinal powders with different crushing degrees were used to prepare the sample of Anshen Capsules.The 45 min dissolution capacity in the artificial gastric juice was determined by the stirring paddle method with schizandrol A as the indicator.Results The dissolution capacity of Anshen Capsules prepared by the Chinese medicinal materials with different crushing degrees in the artificial gastric juice had no significant difference.Conclusion The Chinese medicinal materials of Anshen Capsules does not need to be crushed too thin in the preparation process,50-100 mesh is appropriate.
