摘 要:以蔬菜为代表的农副产品销售价格上涨与波动,已成为推高我国CPI的重要因素和重大社会问题之一。虽然我国各级政府及有关学者在其"产生原因"与"治理对策"方面进行了许多研究,但仍存在"对影响因素的作用力度研究不足"、"对诸因素的性质研究不足"和"对构建我国蔬菜的产供销运行与调控体系的目标模式研究不足"这三个方面的研究缺陷;从"影响力度"、"因素的性质"和"引起菜价非良性上涨因素产生的原因"三个方面进行了综合对比与分析,提出了改革和构建我国蔬菜产供销运行与调控体系的目标模式的具体对策。As the representative of agricultural products,the price of vegetables has been keeping rsing and fluctuating,which has become an important factor and major social problem pushing China's CPI.Although the government at all levels and many scholars have studied the "reasons"and "countermeasures",there are still shortages in the following three aspects,respectively "influential degree","the nature of factors""and the final model of "building the product-supply-market operating and controlling system on vegetables".Through comparing each factors,the article analyzes China's current status from three points ——influential degree,nature of factors and causes of non-virtuous rise in vegetable price,and it also brings up with concrete measures of reforming and building the target model of the product-supply-market operating and controlling system on vegetables.
