粮食综合产能持续提升的资源替代计量分析

摘　　要：借助样本数据,利用超越对数粮食生产函数、产出弹性及替代弹性,对粮食生产资源中的自然资源与社会资源的内部替代关系进行了实证。结果显示:农业基本建设与农业科技三项费用投资在一定程度上可替代可耕地面积的日渐不足;中国农业生产正在由人力投入向科技投入过渡。从而为政府管理部门对资本、科技、人力资源的投入更有针对性提供了量化依据。The substitution relaitionship between the natural resources and social resources for food production is studied by using Cobb-Douglas and Translog production function from the connotation of resources,resources substitution and overall grain production capacity.The empirical results indicate that the social resources in expenditure for agricultural capital construction and science technology promotion funds can replace to some extent the growing shortage of sown area of grain crops;China＇s agricultural production process is now in the transition from the human input to the scientific and technological input.This article provides some strategies to effectively use various resources for China＇s grain production.
