摘　　要：在我国城市化、工业化的快速发展的背景下,实行城乡建设用地增减挂钩,对于优化城乡建设用地结构和布局,缓解用地矛盾、实现统筹城乡发展具有重要的意义。在阐述了城乡建设用地增减挂钩内涵的基础上,从城乡建设用地增减挂钩和城乡建设用地空间结构布局优化两个角度对城乡建设用地协调互动的研究现状进行了归纳总结与简要评价。指出现有研究缺乏系统科学的研究方法及指导理论;同时现有研究多将城乡建设用地分开研究,对城乡建设用地内在机理剖析不足。提出未来的城乡建设用地协调互动研究应将城乡建设用地视为整体,并注重方法研究和理论研究以指导实践;注重城乡建设用地协调互动中利益关系调整,加强土地产权制度、土地流转制度、土地征用制度等制度政策的研究,为城乡建设用地协调互动提供一个清晰的制度框架。In the context of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the implementation of coordination and interaction of urban and rural construction land use is of great significance to layout optimization,land contradictions mitigation and balance of rural and urban development.The concept of coordination and interaction of urban and rural construction land use is explained in this paper,including two aspects： the first one is interaction of the increase of urban construction land and decrease of rural construction land;another is urban and rural construction land layout optimization.The paper points out that urban construction land and rural construction land were studied separately in the recent study,and the research method and theory were not enough.Then it set forward following recommendations： urban and rural construction land use should be considered as a whole;we should pay more attention to theory study and method use;interest adjustment should be valued.All these will provide a clear institutional framework to coordination and interaction of urban and rural construction land use.
